The mission of Noble Warriors is to serve churches as they equip men to walk with Christ and lead well. Our Noble Man conferences provide great opportunities for groups of men from local churches to meet together for worship, instruction in the Word, fellowship and encouragement. The synergy of hundreds of men in a room worshiping and learning together is like nothing else.

However, Circumstances around the coronavirus and response to it have forced us to deliver our conference experience to you this year in a virtual format. Clearly this isn’t the same as being in a room with hundreds of other men but we believe you’ll be blessed and encouraged by this offering.

Mike Young, Founder of Noble Warriors, has a passion to see men grow, serve and lead as godly men… Noble Warriors even. He especially wants to see this in his three sons and the man that he hopes his daughter will someday marry.

Launching Noble Warriors in 2005 was the result of a clear calling to move into full-time ministry to men. Today Mike leads the ministry, by God’s grace, to serve churches as they equip men to walk with Christ and lead well.

Mike and his beautiful wife, Stacy, have three sons (Tim who is married to Caroline, Zach, Ben) and a daughter (Hannah).
